TSSDL Girls u14 Peake Villa 0-5 Killenaule Moyglass A
First game of the season for Peake Villa u14s girls on the 2nd weekend of October. Villa were at home to a very strong Killenaule team. Very resilient defending by Villa to keep it only one nil at half time, unfortunately the pressure became too much and Villa conceded 4 goals in the 2nd half. Final Score 0-5.

Munster Youth Cup 2nd Round Mullinahone 2-6 Peake Villa

Villa travelled to second division Mullinahone in the Munster Youths Cup and had all the play creating couple of clear cut chances to no avail. Then against the run of play Mullinahone took the lead from a corner but Villa struck back within 3 minutes with Ronan McGuire on target. Villa then stepped up a gear and 10 minutes later Frank McKevitt and Cormac O'Connor netting to put Villa 3-1 up. Mullinahone to their credit made a game of it by getting one back again from a set play. Half time Mullinahone 2-3 Villa.
Villa settled the nerves early on in the 2nd half when Cormac O'Connors free with in off a defender and from then on Villas unbeaten youths were in cruise control adding two more from Kevin Patan and Arthur Geronimo. Villas scoring finished at 6 and to Mullinahone credit they fought with great heart to the final whistle. Villa Youths remain unbeaten and now face a tough away tie in Clonmel Celtic in round 3.
SFAI u15 National Cup 2nd Round Peake Villa 1-1 Carrick United, AET Peake Villa 4-1 Carrick United

Villa entertained Carrick United in the National Cup with Villa starting the strongest but had to be waring with Carrick dangerous on the break. Half-time 0-0. In the second half a Liam McCormcak free kick was met in the box by Sean Condron who scored with a great header. Carrick never gave up and with five minutes to go, caught Villa on the break and scored with a great shot from outside the box. Full-Time 1-1.
In extra time, Villa pilled on the pressure and Tony Galvin made in 2-1 after a fine passage of play. Cathal McElgun then scored to make it 3-1 just before half time. In the second half, Tony Calvin secured the win meeting a cross from Calum Blakeborough at the back post. Full time 3-1.
TSSDL u15 Championship Peake Villa 7-1 Moyglass United

U-15B welcomed Moyglass United for the third round of fixtures, the Moyglass squad were missing a few of their starting eleven and had to bring up a few younger players for the fixture. Villa, needing a win pressed from the start and opened the scoring early through Oskar Milczarek and never looked back. 3-0 up at halftime through goals from Sean Fogarty and Peter Aleshiuloge (pen).
Villa pressed forward again in the second half with substitute Ronan Tanqri adding 3 more and Arnau scoring one, to leave the Villa tally at 7. Moyglass did find the net when a quick break resulted in a penalty being converted to leave the final score Peake Villa 7 - 1 Moyglass United.
SFAI u13 National Cup 2nd Round St. Kevin's 1-1 Peake Villa, AET St. Kevin's 5-1 Peake Villa

National cup 2nd round was a local derby and was a game of two halves. St Kevins started first half with a goal in first five minutes, from that they controlled the first half with numerous chances coming close. Villa had only a few chances on the break.
In the 2nd half it was a complete turnaround with Villa dominating and Dermot Campion scoring a well taken goal fifteen minutes into the 2nd half, For the remainder of the half the St Kevins keeper pulled off some great saves to deny Peake Villa a win.1-1 full time.
In extra time St Kevins put on the pressure and scored 2 goals in first half and completed their win with 2 more goals in the 2nd half to go through to next round.
TSSDL u13 Division 1 Peake Villa 1-1 Gortnahue
Zane O'Shaughnessy (1)
A game which should have been won easy but for squandering several good scoring chances in the first half. Villa finally scored half way through the second half, a good finish from Zane Shaughnassey. Gortnahoe pressed after that but the Villa defensive line held strong. With five minutes left Gortnahoe scored to make it 1-1. Good performance from all the players - well done lads.
